Dr. Stark-Wilson is a retired educational administrator who has worked with a variety of teams in public schools, universities, nonprofit organizations, and churches in developing strong strategic plans in order to improve performance as well as enhance staff morale. She has planned and facilitated a Discovery and Assessment Weekend for pastoral candidates for the past five years. She is an author, public speaker, retreat speaker, teacher, and loves to sing in her spare time. Peggy has been invited to work with groups of people who have been isolated from one another and lead them to make joint decisions so that they are more productive, enjoy their jobs more, and are more attentive to their clients or customers. She has had extensive training beyond her formal education in Consensus Building and Spiritual Strategic Planning. Dr. Stark-Wilson is a firm believer in knowing your own personality style so that you can better work with others, whether they are co-workers or clients.
