Can I come by on Saturday evening to pick up my badge and information?

Yes, please do. Early registration for badge and information pick-up will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd floor of the Gaylord Texan Conference Center.

What time does the conference begin?

Client and VAR Sessions begin on Sunday at 8:30 a.m., Exhibit Hall opens at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, and the Support Lab opens at 12:45 p.m. on Sunday.

Will I get a copy of the presentations from the User Conference?

Each attendee will have the opportunity to download our User Conference app, presentations will be available via the app.

Will written materials be provided?

Written materials will not be provided, but you can find all the information you need on the User Conference App.

Do I have to register for specific classes?

Yes, classes must be selected in advance, when you register online. Please verify your course selections on your registration confirmation to ensure you are registered for the classes you wish to attend. Several classes are filled to capacity and only attendees registered for those classes will be able to attend.

Will meals be provided during the conference?

Yes, Breakfast and Lunch will be served at the Gaylord Texan Conference Center. There will also be coffee and snacks between sessions.

If I am driving where should I park?

Self-parking for the Gaylord Texan garage is $10.00 per day for those staying on property, Self-parking for the Gaylord Texan garage is $20.00 per day for those staying off property, Valet parking is $29.00 per day.

What is the suggested dress code for the conference?

Dress comfortably and prepare for high temperatures in Dallas.

What is the cancellation policy?

On or before April 1st 2017 full registration minus a $100.00 administration fee will be refunded. After April 1st 2017 registration cost minus $300.00 administration fee will be refunded. If you need to cancel, please send your cancellation request to conference@emds.com

What is the Welcome Event?

The Welcome Event is a great place to unwind while networking with other professionals in your same industry. The Welcome Event is included in your registration. Join us at the Glass Cactus conveniently located near the Gaylord Texan night of food, drinks and entertainment!

Can you login to my database in the product lab?

The User Conference and Lab are presented and used strictly as a demonstrative learning and education environment. Because of HIPAA, HITECH and other federal and state rules related to protected confidential information and due to the open nature of the Lab and the Conference, eMDs’ Staff are not permitted to access your system via the eMDs workstations available in the lab. To access your database you must bring your own laptop/workstation and do so from the designated area within the lab. If you plan to do this onsite at conference eMDs personnel will not be able to assist with the VPN connection to your database.
