Yes, classes must be selected in advance, when you register online. Please verify your course selections on your registration confirmation to ensure you are registered for the classes you wish to attend. Several classes are filled to capacity and only attendees registered for those classes will be able to attend.
Yes, Breakfast and Lunch will be served at the Gaylord Texan Conference Center. There will also be coffee and snacks between sessions.
Self-parking for the Gaylord Texan garage is $10.00 per day for those staying on property, Self-parking for the Gaylord Texan garage is $20.00 per day for those staying off property, Valet parking is $29.00 per day.

The User Conference and Lab are presented and used strictly as a demonstrative learning and education environment. Because of HIPAA, HITECH and other federal and state rules related to protected confidential information and due to the open nature of the Lab and the Conference, eMDs’ Staff are not permitted to access your system via the eMDs workstations available in the lab. To access your database you must bring your own laptop/workstation and do so from the designated area within the lab. If you plan to do this onsite at conference eMDs personnel will not be able to assist with the VPN connection to your database.
